Price is also rated on a 1-4 scale:
$ = Average vegetarian entree price is $5 or less
$$= Average vegetarian entree price is $10 or less
$$$= Average vegetarian entree price is $15 or less
$$$$= Average vegetarian entree price is higher than $15
