Recipe: Vegan Mayo

1 block of firm silken tofu
2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of Spicy Mustard
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

put it all in a food processor or blender and blend away.
Editors note: This doesn’t taste like mayo to me, but it does make a tasty garlic spread!
